Just throw all the ingredients, listed below, in a baking bowl or large pouring jug which is what we used.
Make them whatever size you prefer, getting the temperature right is the crucial part, to hot and they'll cook on the outside but not on the inside, try to get a medium heat, I'm afraid this part is a bit trial and error. The dog can always have the first one. Flip them over when you see the bubbles starting to appear.
We laden the table with bacon, maple syrup, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, creme fraiche, strawberry or raspberry jam and a good pot of espresso coffee. Long live Sunday breakfasts, can't wait!!!!
