 What are your postage costs?

Here are our shipping prices,

Small Parcels £3 everything else £5.95. We offer free shipping in the UK for orders £40 and over.

Shipping within Europe, economy prices vary between £15 up to £25 and will be calculated at checkout, please allow up to 7-14 days for delivery, if you are wanting to order a single item, please do get in touch, we will do our best to find the cheapest but reliable postage solution for you, we want to send you some good stuff.  Unfortunately some European destinations are expensive to ship to, if you can't find your destination at checkout, please get in touch and we can give you an accurate shipping quote.

Rest of the world, please get in touch for an accurate shipping quote, we would love to be able to send you some lovely stuff.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch on receipt of payment using either Royal Mail, UPS or My Hermes and your goods should be with you in 2/4 days.  If you require guaranteed next day delivery please email us before ordering as there may be a surcharge for this service.

International economy orders are 3 days plus and may take up to 2 weeks.

In the spirit of recycling, we package all goods in boxes and wrapping paper that we receive things in.  So don't panic if you have ordered mugs and they arrive in a slightly scuffed box marked bowls.  All goods will be wrapped with loving care in order to get to you safely.  As my kids keep reminding me "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle".

 

 What Payment methods do you use?

Credit card payments are processed using Stripe or you can pay through Paypal.  Housekeeping does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

 

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love what we send you from Housekeeping but if you need to return something you have 30 days in which to do so as long as it is in a sale able condition. Please note we cannot reimburse postage costs.

If you receive something that is damaged or faulty please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation.  We strive to do our very best to keep all our customers happy.
